Jewelry Salon - 2009/10

Featuring limited edition jewelry collections by leading contemporary artists Hernan Bas, Scott Hug, Martin Oppel, Paola Pivi, Cristina Lei Rodrigez, and Tom Sachs, as well as designer editions by Bless, Emma Carroll, Confetti System, Femke De Vries, Brokenfab, Manu by Lauren Manoogian, and Nektar De Stagni.
Noticing that some artists are producing jewelry pieces for themselves, the aim of the "Artist Editions" section of the Salon, is to showcase works generally not presented publicly and to encourage this form of design. Some of the artist limited editions presented have been made especially for NDS. The Designer Editions section of the Salon, is a sample of some of the most forward thinking designs being created today by emerging and established contemporary labels, originating from the Netherlands, Paris, Berlin, London, Miami and NY among others.
